The Board of Directors of Almarai Company, at its meeting held on December 15, 2025, recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025, totaling 1.15 billion riyals.
The company explained in a statement on Tuesday’s trading that the number of shares entitled to dividends is one billion shares, at a rate of 1.15 riyals per share, which represents 11.5% of the nominal value of the share.
She indicated that the entitlement to profits will be for the company’s shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day from the date of the company’s general assembly meeting, noting that the date of the general assembly meeting will be determined later after obtaining regulatory approvals from the relevant government authorities.
She added that the date for disbursing the profits will be determined after the general assembly approves the board of directors' recommendation.
The company drew the attention of investors to the fact that cash distributions to non-resident investors are subject to a 5% withholding tax, in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the Tax Law and Article (63) of its Executive Regulations, if they are transferred through a resident financial intermediary or credited to his account.
