The net profit of the Saudi Trading Group declined by 31.9% year-on-year during the first half of 2026, reaching 147.7 million riyals, compared to 216.8 million riyals in the same period last year.
Operating revenues decreased during the first half by 4.6% to 617.1 million riyals.
The group explained that the decline in results was due to a decrease in revenues in the capital markets sector by 13.8% and the post-trade services sector by 5.1%, as a result of a decrease in the daily average value of traded shares by 9.1%, in addition to an increase in operating expenses by 10%.
